Starting at Zero review A lost edition, which for fifteen months only existed online, this book was edited by Nicholas Johnson during his residency at Arnolfini. The review gathers together mainly unpublished poetry by Tom Pickard, Nicholas Johnson, Wendy Mulford, Rebecca Marshall (her first published work), John Hall, Alice Notley, Tom Raworth, Tom Leonard and Maggie O'Sullivan. It publishes a new story by James Kelman, two commissioned essays by Roy Fisher and Iain Sinclair on Black Mountain and makes more widely available an essay by Clive Meachen on Robert Creeley. The frontispiece is by B.M. Bottomley who also exhibited at Arnolfini. |
